An urgent or express delivery is where you require the rapid collection and delivery of your items on the same day. With DeliveryApp, once your items have been collected, they’ll be transported directly to the destination with no stops in between.
For urgent jobs, we connect you with a local courier that will be able to collect your items within two hours of the booking time.
Once the items have been collected from the pick-up point, your designated driver will immediately proceed to the drop-off point to make the delivery.
Making a booking with DeliveryApp couldn’t be easier. Simply login on our app or customer portal, then provide us with address, item details and your desired vehicle size. Your job will then be uploaded onto our live platform.
There is no limit to the number of items that you can send using our express delivery option. However, you can only add 30 items per booking, so if you have more items to send, then you will need to create several bookings. If you are sending a lot of items, then this may require a larger vehicle or two separate pick-ups depending on the available space our local drivers have.

In the unlikely event that your items become lost in transit, all of our drivers have ‘Goods in Transit’ insurance. This means that van deliveries are covered for a minimum of £10,000 and car deliveries are covered for £5,000.
