DeliveryApp is the trading name of Deliver E Hub Ltd (company registered number 1054751). The legal jurisdiction of this site is England and Wales. Deliver E Hub operates the DeliveryApp.com website and the DeliveryApp mobile application (“the Services”).
This policy applies to any users of DeliveryApp’s Services anywhere in the world, including any users of DeliveryApp’s apps, websites, features or other services. We will not use or share your data with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. We use your personal data for providing and improving the Service. Any personal data stored within the platform through which our Services are provided must not be copied by any user of our Services in any format and used outside of the Services.
The information you give us will typically include your name, address, email address and phone number(s), your specific enquiry details and may include records of any correspondence and responses to referrals and/or marketing campaigns. Driver personal data collected
We obtain the following personal data from Drivers (which includes but is not limited to);
In relation to Fleet Customers, it is presumed that the person providing the data on behalf of the fleet has obtained the necessary permissions/consent from their Drivers to share information on their behalf. It is also the Fleet Customers’ responsibility to ensure they and their Drivers comply with the relevant data protection rules and regulations which apply to them.
We may use third parties to complete digital identity verification checks in relation to users of our services. Identity checks are critical in preventing fraud and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. This process will involve data being shared relating to the person(s) being verified, this includes but is not limited to; name, address, date of birth, vehicle registration, passport and driver licence number.
Customer personal data collected
We obtain the following personal data from Customers (individuals and businesses), which includes but is not limited to;

Usage and other data
Customer and Driver personal data will be shared between the parties arranging Services using the platform in order for the Services to be facilitated.
In the event of a complaint from a Customer, Drivers grant us permission to share their insurance details, where required, to the Customer.
We may also process information about Customers’ business/financial affairs, their relationship with DeliveryApp, the goods or services they/their company provide and/or require and their use of our website (including login information to online systems we use).
We may give you the opportunity to tell your friends about features or offers about our Services. If you take advantage of our ‘Send to a Friend’ option, we ask you for your friend’s and your first name and e-mail addresses to send the information to them that you requested. We don’t keep or use your friend’s e-mail address for any other purpose.
We may ask users of our Services to complete reviews, surveys and opinion polls, including with third party agents such as Trustpilot, to provide feedback on services, activities, attitudes and interests. These surveys help us understand the needs of our Drivers and Customers and to improve our Services. We may then publicise any such reviews, surveys and opinion polls. Third Party Agents usually specify that content created by our customers also belongs to them and is available for use for life. Should you complete such a review and not wish for your review to be used and/or saved indefinitely, then you should notify us immediately by email, which is noted at the foot of this document.

We may use your personal data to contact you with email or SMS newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. Unless you opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by emailing us using the information noted at the foot of this document, which you can do so at any time.

Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services, to perform related services or to assist us in analysing how our Services are used. Such third parties may include, but are not limited to; HubSpot, Google (including but not limited to; Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics etc), Microsoft, Amazon Web Services (AWS), payment services such as Stripe, accounting software (e.g. Xero) and identity verification services.
We may also partner with other third party platforms to facilitate our Services. This will involve personal data being shared between the parties in order for the Services to be provided. We may obtain personal data from you directly, from our drivers and customers, from people and organisations involved in matters we act for, from public sources and from others, such as other Drivers and Customers who may refer you to us, regulators, suppliers and professional bodies.
The way we receive information from you varies, which includes, but is not limited to; filling in forms on our website, by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. It includes information you provide when you register to use our site, subscribe to our Services and when you report a problem with our site. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number and company financial Information (if applicable) we collect about you.
