In the unlikely event that your item is lost in transit, we’ll keep you fully informed as we try to locate it. At DeliveryApp, all of our drivers have ‘Goods in Transit’ insurance. This covers any goods for loss, theft from the vehicle and damage – from the moment they leave your possession until they reach their destination. It’s a requirement for the van drivers who work for DeliveryApp to have cover under ‘Goods in Transit’ to the minimum value of £10,000. For our car delivery drivers, this cover is a minimum of £5,000.r is a minimum of £5,000.
